fee is payable per day (not per

All
vaccinations MUST be up to date and
a certificate presented as proof before
boarding commences. Dogs must also
be treated for worms and fleas at
least one week prior to boarding.
It is a requirement of our licence
that the vaccination certificates
must remain on our premises for the
duration of your dogs stay.

Rabbits
must be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and
Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD) and a certificate
presented as proof. Unvaccinated rabbits
will not be accepted. Every precaution must
be taken against flystrike for rabbits and
guinea pigs before care commences. We will
not be held liable in the unfortunate event
that your rabbit/guinea pig becomes a victim
of flystrike.

Got
a special occasion/holiday coming up? If you would
like to make an advance booking to ensure that your
pet will be well cared for while you are away you
can book us inadvance. A 25% non-returnable deposit
is required with this service. If you would like

touch and we will do our best to help you.
Cancellations
Dog
Walking - Cancellations must be received by 9pm
on the day preceding a scheduled visit or the
normal fee will be charged.
Dog
Boarding - Please note that the amount of time
you have booked with us is the amount of time
you will be charged for. You are welcome to pick
up early, however your booking will be charged
in full.
Cat
Sitting/Small Animal Care/Puppy Home Visits/Dog
Sitting - Please note that the amount of time
you have booked with us is the amount of time
you will be charged for. Should you not require

Payment
All
fees are due promptly and must be paid via cash
or cheque. Clients are required to pay weekly
inadvance or leave payment ready for collection
on the first day of each week.
A £15 fee will be charged on all returned
cheques. A receipt will be given
for payment.
Travelling
Expenses
Each
return journey is chargeable at £0.50p per mile outside
the 2 mile radius of Hurst Green.
Medication
Giving medication,
worming or flea treatment (which owners must supply)
is FREE of charge. We can also follow special diet
or food requirements if need be.
