Pet
Pawz and its employees will provide services in a reliable,
caring and trustworthy manner.
Dogs
must be sociable with other dogs and children. Pet Pawz
reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time
& with immediate effect if the dog does not respond
well to the walker and/or other dogs.
The
walker will apply personal judgment and cut short a walk
if necessary because of extreme weather conditions (heat,
thunderstorms, snow etc) for the safety of both the dogs
and the walker.
Unfortunately,
we do not walk bitches in season but we can offer a Dog
Sitting service during this time.
We
do NOT offer a service for banned breeds including Pit
Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Braziliero, Japanese
Tosa, American Pit Bull type/cross breed dogs.
The
client is entirely responsible for any veterinary bills,
no matter how they are
incurred
whilst pets are in the care of Pet Pawz. Pets should be
up to date with all vaccinations, worm and flea treatment.I ask that your pets are in general good health
and you must advise me of any behavioural problems your
pet may have.
Pet
Pawz will care for your pet as you would and whilst we
will make every effort to ensure your pet is well looked
after in your absence, Pet Pawz can not be held liable
for any loss, disappearance, injury or death to a pet
either inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
All
dogs will remain on a lead at all times unless an agreement
has been reached and written permission has been received
from the owner. I will also need to be confident that
the dog will do a recall. No more than 4 dogs will be
walked together by one handler on a group walk.
Pet
Pawz can not be held responsible for any damage (inside
or out) to the owners property for whatever reason.
Rabbits
must be vaccinated against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagic
Disease (VHD) and a certificate presented as proof. Every
precaution must be taken against flystrike for rabbits
and guinea pigs before care commences. Pet Pawz will accept
no responsibility for death arising from these conditions.
Clients
must inform Pet Pawz if their pet has or has had any illness
since making the
booking.A pet with any infectious condition will not be
accepted until cleared. If clients return home early,
for any reason, no reductions will be made.

agrees to authorise Pet Pawz to handle any emergencies
that may arise in accordance with the “Veterinarian Release
Form”. Pet Pawz will make every effort to contact the
client.

are required to provide all necessary items such as bedding,
food, toys and treats
to
ensure that their pet is provided for.
Pet
Pawz requires you to have a responsible party to take
care of your home in the event of unforeseen circumstances
such as illness and in the event of inclement weather
or a natural disaster. It is best your emergency contact
is a neighbour so they can reach your home. Pet Pawz is
not responsible for home/belongings in these circumstances.
