We have recently left our 9mth old choc lab Henry in the care of Joy and family at Petpawz to go on a 2 week hol abroad. We were slightly worried as we have not left Henry before so first time we were a little concerned. Joy text us every day and we were soon put at ease by Joy informing us of Henrys activities with Joys own dog Lucy bless! and Joy even slept with Henry to make sure he was settled! When we left Sooty with you we were anxious because he hadn't been left with anyone but family before.We were so grateful for the introducing stage when we all visited and saw the lovely home enviroment he would be staying in. So off we went on a short break after leaving his food toys and bed. The next morning we text "how is he etc" as we sent our text we received one giving an update he'd slept well was eating and making himself at home in the garden even let you pick him up!!!!!! We were so happy and then really enjoyed our break. He loved playing with Enzo. To anyone looking in to using petpawz. I have recently left my two St bernards in the care of joy and family at petpawz to go on holiday to tenerife . I was slightly worried as anyone would be when leaving there animals some where for the first time . No need I had tex messages nearly every day letting me know what they ate what they were doing etc and she put my mind at rest . I knew they were settled when they were eating . When I went to pick them up , well I could see for myself they had had a holiday themselves they were beautifully groomed no weight loss happy and I have booked them in for next year and booked my moms dog in also .

Thank you Pet Pawz for looking after our guinea pigs, Peppa and Georgie whilst we were on Holiday. We have never used home boarding before as we have never had small pets so I was unsure what to expect. Pet Pawz offered a friendly professional service. I went to visit the house before i decided to place my pets there. On arrival I was showed all relevant insurance documentation and all relevant paperwork associated with the guinea pigs boarding i was also given forms to complete listing how i wanted my pets to be looked after, feed, cleaned and any other instructions etc. We left our animals for 6 days, I had regular text messages reassuring me that my pets were ok. All instructions were followed by Pet Pawz and the animals were well looked after. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will use it again myself in the future.

We'd just like to thank you for looking after our dog Bilbo whilst we were on holiday for two weeks. This was only the second time we had been on holiday and left our dog with a pet sitter, so we were a little uneasy as he is very precious to us. The first pet sitter we used no longer looks after pets at home, so we looked for hours trying to find somebody else we could trust. We're so glad we found Pet Pawz. We weren't too sure how Bilbo would behave as he can be a bit of a handful at times and wouldn't leave Lucy alone when we first came around to visit. I came across PetPawz after I had been let down by the dog sitter I had booked. I was a bit worried about booking as Joy had Lucy and Wolfy my german shepherd dog was not used to other dogs. Just like to say a very big thank you to Joy at petz pawz for looking after my british bulldog Molly! At first i was really worried about leaving Molly as bulldogs are very hard to look after and need a lot of care and attention as any bulldog owner will know ! But after a few visits before our 2 week holiday i was totally reassured, Molly loved Joy, her family and Lucy there dog. while we were on holiday Joy kept in constant contact telling us what Molly was up too during her stay which made me feel Molly was safe and being well looked after! Our dogs, Linus and mable stayed with joy and steve for just over two weeks whilst we got married and went on honeymoon. Knowing that the dogs were getting continuous love, affection and exercise whilst we were away was a huge weight of our mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our honeymoon. Joy also sent us regular updates as to what the dogs had been up to so we knew they were both enjoying themselves. Over the last 6 months we have regularly met with joy and steve to ensure the dogs settled in well and were familiar with their home and got on well with Lucy. We usually have family members to feed our cats while we are on holiday, but as we were attending a family wedding abroad we were all out of the country at the same time, so found ourselves stuck for the first time! We found Pet Pawz online and were impressed with the information given on their website, so decided to give them a call. Joy came to meet us and the cats, and discuss what we would need her to do for us while we were away - even offering to feed our fish for us too, which is something we'd forgotten! We were really impressed with the friendly and professional service and it was great to get text messages letting us know everything was OK while we were away. There were even timesheets left for us to see on our return, and a gift for the cats! We would like to say a huge thank you to Pet Pawz for visiting our rabbit while we were on holiday! We were a little worried about leaving Tigerlily on her own in the house for a week, but as soon as we met Joy and Steve we felt at ease. The pet sitting service is faultless! Not enough praise can be given to Pet Pawz for all the help they have provided over the past seven months. We have a very energetic working cocker spaniel called Lola who loves nothing better than going on long walks and having warm and friendly company. Lola has daily walks which she loves and has used Pet Pawz boarding services when we are away at weekends, both are excellent and great value for money. Right from the start we were taken back by how organised and professional the service was from Pet Pawz. We would recommend all services they provide due to the high standards of care that Lola has received. It's not easy leaving the care of your dog in someone elses hands but Pet Pawz provides peace of mind and we are always reassured that Lola is being looked after the way we would do ourselves. If we could rate Pet Pawz it would definitely be a 5 star doggy hotel. We will continue using Pet Pawz in the future and have no doubts about leaving Lola in their care.

After being let down at the last minute by another pet sitter you were able to step in and board our two greyhounds Skye & Bobby at your lovely home. Thank you Joy and Steve, for looking after our tortoise, Timmy whilst we were on holiday. At forty years of age, he is very special, and we needed to be sure he would be well looked after. Initially we rang petpawz to arrange our first visit. After meeting Joy I knew we had found Timmy's ideal holiday home. Joy made sure their garden was secure, as Timmy is a well known escape artist! A futher visit was arranged, and Timmy, complete with house, was taken along as well. He made their garden his own, and by the time we left, had mapped out his own territory! We were able to enjoy our holiday, safe in the knowledge that Timmy was in capable, caring hands. We were updated with texts and on collection were given a resume of his time spent there. I have no hesitation in recommending petpawz. It is a pleasure to have found such a friendly, safe and caring environment in which to board our tortoise.

Our two guinea pigs, Boo and Ruby, stayed at Petpawz while we were on holiday for two weeks in July. From meeting Joy, it was clear she had a great love of animals. It looks like Stan had a fab time, it was lovely to get his little report so that we had an idea of how he spent his weekend. Our nine month old cocker spaniel Freddy has spent a long weekend with petpawz , the care and dedication was second to none . We visited four times before hand to get Freddy used to Joy and her family and lovely old dog Lucy, so when the time came for us to go away, Freddy already felt at home . So we were able to go away without worrying .Whilst away Joy kept us up to date with a text message every day on our return we were given a little diary of what Freddy had been up to . I started using Petpawz after I became ill and was unable to walk Murphy as much as required, they were recommended to us. All I can say about Petpawz is they are absolutely wonderful. I have been using Pet Pawz for some time now and have been extremely satisfied with the service provided. They are a pleasure to work with and are totally reliable.
