don’t know where to begin in thanking you for the excellent
service petpawz has given us this year! After being let
down at the last minute by another pet sitter you were able
to step in and board our two greyhounds Skye & Bobby at
your lovely home. Not only did you look after them exceptionally
well you also made it possible for them to attend our wedding
day by escorting them from your home to the venue enabling
them to share our special day with us. Joy and Steve offer
a service above and beyond any other boarding facility,
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to
anyone who is looking for a pet sitter/walker. Skye and
Bobby enjoyed their stay at petpawz in July and are looking
forward to their next visit in October.

much searching, it was a pleasure to find such a loving
boarding home for my piggie boys, Felix and Freddie. After
meeting Joy and her husband I knew I had come to the right
place and had no qualms when dropping them off for 2 weeks,
whilst I jetted off into the sunset. I liked the fact they
were let out for a run in the evenings and they didn't miss
out on their cuddles. It was also nice to receive texts
to let me know what they were up to. I would have no hesitation

 Thank
you Joy and Steve, for looking after our tortoise, Timmy
whilst we were on holiday. At forty years of age, he is
very special, and we needed to be sure he would be well
looked after. Initially we rang petpawz to arrange our first
visit. After meeting Joy I knew we had found Timmy's ideal
holiday home. Joy made sure their garden was secure, as
Timmy is a well known escape artist! A futher visit was
arranged, and Timmy, complete with house, was taken along
as well. He made their garden his own, and by the time we
left, had mapped out his own territory! We were able to
enjoy our holiday, safe in the knowledge that Timmy was
in capable, caring hands. We were updated with texts and
on collection were given a resume of his time spent there.
I have no hesitation in recommending petpawz. It is a pleasure
to have found such a friendly, safe and caring environment
in which to board our tortoise.

would like to say a very big thank you to Joy and her husband
for such a fantastic job looking after our labrador Honey
whilst we were on holiday last week. We knew as soon as
we met Joy that this was the perfect choice for us. Her
professional yet friendly approach combined with her obvious
love of animals made us feel very confident to leave Honey
knowing that she would be loved and well cared for. We met
several times before we went away and Honey soon made herself
at home. I will be pleased to use petpawz again and have
absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending their service.

 Our
two guinea pigs, Boo and Ruby, stayed at Petpawz while we
were on holiday for two weeks in July. From meeting Joy,
it was clear she had a great love of animals. She was keen
to know what our guinea pigs were like, what they enjoyed
doing and what "fresh treats" they enjoyed. Whilst on holiday
we received texts letting us know they were okay and when
we picked them up we were given a report on their "holiday"
at petpawz. The care and attention our guinea pigs received
while at petpawz was excellent. We would highly recommend
their small boarding service and when we have our next holiday
petpawz will be the place we will contact for our two piggies
to have their "holiday".

are absolutely delighted with the service provided by Pet
Pawz. Ruby was made to feel part of the family by Joy and
her husband. Pet Pawz will always be our first choice as
an alternative to Boarding Kennels as it was so much more
personal. All our future holidays will now be planned to
ensure Pet Pawz can accommodate Ruby as we know we can go
on holiday with peace of mind. I would go as far as to say
that Ruby actually missed the company of those at Pet Pawz
on our return from holiday

would like to thank Joy and everyone at Pet Pawz, for the
superb service they offer and for looking after our 2 Gerbils
whilst we enjoyed our 2 week holiday. I couldn't have wished
for a nicer environment for them, with every care being
taken to look after to them to our requirements. We received
regular text messages letting us now how they were doing,
and even received a diary of their boarding. I would recommend

It looks like Stan had
a fab time, it was lovely to get his little report so that
we had an idea of how he spent his weekend. For us it was
so nice to be able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing
that Stan was being looked after properly and kept in his
usual routine. We could tell that he had had a busy time
as he was very tired when he came home but seemed very happy
and relaxed. We are also really happy to have found you
so that we know that now if we need to go anywhere or perhaps
fancy a few days away Stan will be happy and well looked
after. Also we would not hesitate to recommend you to others
and indeed have already told a couple of our friends about
you.

when you agreed to take Harvey into your house for day care
whilst we were on holiday in Spain. You run an absolutely
professional business. You are a very caring family and
we did not have any worries about Harvey whilst we enjoyed

 Our
nine month old cocker spaniel Freddy has spent a long weekend
with petpawz , the care and dedication was second to none
. We visited four times before hand to get Freddy used to
Joy and her family and lovely old dog Lucy, so when the
time came for us to go away, Freddy already felt at home
. So we were able to go away without worrying .Whilst away
Joy kept us up to date with a text message every day on
our return we were given a little diary of what Freddy had
been up to . I really cant say how wonderful Joy and family
are and needless to say we shall be using them again. All
in all a real find !!!

started using Petpawz after I became ill and was unable
to walk Murphy as much as required, they were recommended
to us. All I can say about Petpawz is they are absolutely
wonderful. Murphy adores Claire who walks him and has a
wonderful time on their walks. They are so accommodating
and will always try to help and meet any request. I am never
worried when Murphy is with them as I know he will be treated
as one of their own dogs and be well taken care of. I can
not recommend Petpawz enough, they offer a friendly yet

would like to thank you sincerely for looking after Mishka
so well this weekend, this is the first time we have left
Mishka overnight and as she is our baby we were worried
she was going to be ok, but Petpawz put all worries at ease,
communication from you was excellent and it was like "home
from home" for Mishka, she got on really well with Lucy
having met a few times before Mishka stayed overnight made
the transition for boarding with Petpawz alot easier for
Mishka, you made her part of your family for the weekend
and I was most comfortable leaving her in your very capable
hands, infact Mishka wanted to stay longer.. I'm so impressed
with the services you provide with Petpawz and the love
and affection you showed to Mishka, I have already recommended
your services to family and friends and will continue to

were looking to board our dog for a week while we were on
holiday and were very impressed at the home boarding service
from Pet Pawz. We had many visits to their home so our dog
could get used to it which made it much easier for him to
settle there while we were away. This was the first time
we had left him but with regular text messages and phone
calls to reassure us we couldn't have wished for more exceptional

Pawz looked after our 2 rabbits for a week when we went
abroad skiing in February. They were very accommodating
and the bunnies were well looked after, given time to run,
and were given plenty of attention by the whole family.
We were given regular updates which was really reassuring
and even received a picture message! I was very pleased,
this is the kind of service every pet owner would like to
be able to rely on! I would definitely use their services
again whenever I plan a holiday!"

Pet Pawz offer a great
friendly and professional service, when our English Pointer
puppy arrived we needed help on a weekly adhoc basis to
fit in to our busy life style. Being a working couple Pet
Pawz fitted into our schedule when we needed them morning
or night, walking, feeding and watering Lucy. They have
a wealth of knowledge with dogs and they also gave us some
great advise being new 1st time dog owners. After our 1st
meeting with Pet Pawz where they assessed our home and our
needs, we felt sure we had found the right people we could
trust in our home & with our new puppy. I continue to use

is a big 'thank you' to Pet Pawz for looking after our 11
year old labrador, Jack, whilst we were away for a ten day
holiday. I found Pet Pawz to be extremely professional and
after the consultation at home prior to the holiday I felt
confident and assured that Jack would be left in safe hands
whilst we were away. I also received texts from Pet Pawz
during the holiday reassuring me that Jack was fine. However,

I have been using Pet
Pawz for some time now and have been extremely satisfied
with the service provided. They are a pleasure to work with
and are totally reliable. We keep in contact on a weekly
basis, when I let her know the days I need her to walk Ellie.
They always leave a report after the walk telling me how
Ellie was and what she did during the visit and will always
ring me if there is a problem. The
main benefit to me is the peace of mind they give me, knowing
that when I am at work, Ellie is being looked after by someone
